I want to help you understand what’s going on in your mind, what’s happening in your relationships, and help equip and empower you to shape those relationships in healthier and happier ways - ways that you have a hand in creating.

I am a licensed professional who is focused on helping individuals, families, and couples discover what’s going wrong in their relationships and working with them to find a better way.

I have extensive training and experience working with teens/adolescents and their families to help make family time something to be enjoyed rather than dreaded. I know how hard parenting can be, I remember how challenging it was to be a teen, but best of all I know how to make real and lasting change for the better.

Goals

We will walk through these four points in order to restore your relationships and start anew as you move forward.

  • DISCOVER THE PROBLEM CYCLE

    • Whatever is going on has a beginning. In order to help stop the cycle from repeating we need to figure out what that cycle is, the ebb and flow, and every step in between.

  • INTERRUPT THE NEGATIVE PATTERN

    • Once we know what the problem is we can then move onto ways of stopping that past pattern from determining your future. We will work on finding ways to disrupt the old methods of doing things so that you and your family can start fresh.
  • CREATE NEW WAYS OF INTERACTING

    • Well, the fighting stopped, so what now? Now that we have helped interrupt the old unhealthy and/or unhelpful ways of interacting, we can lay the foundation for newer and better habits.
  • EQUIP YOU WITH THE RIGHT TOOLS

    • When our sessions together draw to a close I want to leave you with the skills and abilities to manage whatever comes your way and maintain the progress that you have made.
