Fees

Psychotherapy services are charged at a flat rate:

$200 per 50 minute session

I offer a limited number of sliding scale appointments on a case-by-case basis.

The type, frequency, and length of services delivered is discussed during the initial consultation. Longer sessions for intensive therapeutic work are available on request.

Payment is due at the time of session and is automatically charged via a secure integrated credit card service.


DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?

I am in-network with Aetna, Cigna, and Optum/United. For more information about insurance please visit this page.

If not using insurance, payment is collected at the time services are provided, and I can offer you a monthly superbill to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider to learn about your out-of-network mental health coverage.

If you are unable to afford my fee, please still call. It is important to me that anyone who needs help should get help they can afford. At no cost, I will help direct you to someone who either accepts your insurance or who works on a sliding scale that you can afford.


WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?

Life can be demanding and occasionally unexpected events do occur. If you need to cancel a scheduled appointment, please call or email with a minimum of 48 hours notice.

If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice or if you do not show to an appointment you will be charged the full session fee. Emergencies are considered on a case-by-case basis. This cancellation policy is detailed in the Informed Consent for Psychotherapy document presented in the client portal when signing up for services.
